Preston has been working in sales all his working life. He brings
that considerable
experience to found Ken Preston Real Estate.
A
Bendigo man through and through, Ken started his sales career in menswear
where he spent 18 years with Ashmans Menswear, before moving into
real estate in 1984.
Having previously been in partnership in the Century 21 and LJ Hooker
franchises, Ken opened Ken Preston Real Estate in 2001 and has since
grown from a one man business to a boutique agency, including sales
and rental, employing 3 people.
Property
Management Department
 Reecy
Owins has been in real estate since 1985.
Over this time, she has built up an impressive amount of knowledge
and expertise in regard to the Real Estate industry.
On 1st July 2004, she joined a partnership with Ken Preston
to introduce a Property Management Department which has been a vision
of hers to set up a department giving both professional and personalised
service to her clients.
When you meet Reecy Owins you understand why she
was named by "The Professionals" as Victoria's Top Property
Manager of the Year 1997/1998. The award stands proudly on her desk
not so much as a trophy but as mark that hard work and dedication
does bring awards.
Reecy is experienced in all facets of property management
and in addition to being an Accredited Property Manager she has also
assisted to shape the direction of property management in the region
serving as Chairperson for the Real Estate Institute of Victoria of
the Bendigo Property Management Discussion Group.
To Reecy, commitment to service and continuous improvement are critical.
Reecy's communication and dispute resolution skills have
helped her maintain good relationships with both landlord and tenants
over the twenty years she has worked in Real Estate.
